Do you like cauliflower?

Gobi Manchuri is an exotic dish made from cauliflower. Who do not like it? But most of the them do not know the health benefits of eating cauliflower leaves.  It contains protein. Normally people throw the leaves after extracting the flower.

Vegetables are  rich in calcium. Calcium is essential for growth and strength of bones. Cauliflower can be mixed with other vegetable for preparation of variety dishes.
