1.Tulsi Leaves: Have tulsi leaves every morning


2.Pranayam: Do Pranayam daily to keep your throat & lungs in good condition.


3.Citrus fruits: You should eat citrus fruits rich in vitamin c daily especially amla


4.Garlic: Take 2 pods of raw garlic first thing in the morning by swallowing it with lukewarm water

 5.Haldi: Take a glass of hot or lukewarm milk every night with a small measure of haldi.
