What's the best time to have coffee?

Most people would like to go for their cup of coffee first thing in the morning but experts say that is inadvisable.

Fitness trainers say the ideal time to have coffee is right before a workout. Also, try and have your coffee between 9.30 and 11.30 am.

If you have coffee first thing in the morning, it won't have much of an effect on your fatigue levels.
