Why it's good to eat idli & dosa for breakfast!

As per a study published in 'Current Science' journal, a south Indian diet consisting of idly & dosa enables higher absorption of iron & minerals.

The reason behind this is dishes such as idli, dosa & sprouts, can absorb iron & zinc effectively, which in turn are the most necessary elements for the body.

Usually, a large number of Indians hardly absorb iron & zinc from food.
