Foods women should stop eating at work

As per a survey conducted by Dutch organic food maker Kallo, it has been identified that women who eat snacks at work, consume 100,000 extra calories. Which is equivalent to an additional 50 days food intake. Here are some foods that should be avoided while at work:

1. Biscuit's

2.Milky coffee,

3. Cake

4. Dry fruits & Nuts.
