As per a study published in an obesity reviews journal, people working in late night shifts have a 29% increased risk of becoming obese or overweight than normal shift workers.

Also, there's a higher frequency of abdominal obesity in night shift workers than other obesity types. Obesity is also associated with several adverse health outcomes, such as breast cancer & heart ailments.
